What happens next...

• The loft conversion will be designed with you to match your budget and design requirements. Remember we offer a full service from design to completion.
• We then need to secure all the required planning and building permissions for us to complete the conversion in a timely manner.
• Disruption to your home will be minimised by accessing the loft through the roof and only at the final stages of fixing the staircase, will access through the house have to be used.
• The main work will involve creating the new attic rooms, installation of Velux / Dormer windows, stair case access, diversion of existing water supply and all electrical wiring.
• We also offer Full FREE decorating service to bring the loft conversion to life - applying your choice of decor to your new living space at no extra cost
• The work will usually take around 5-6 weeks dependant on the scale of project.
• All our tradesmen are City and Guilds time served and work within there own area of specification.
